Bio

Mike Hanley is the Senior Web Developer for the SCS Computing Facilities Technical Communication Platforms team, and is responsible for designing and developing multiple internal websites, including the main Computing Facilities site, as well as administering the SCSCF Cascade Cloud CMS service. Mike also assists with Web Application Services, and produces informational videos for the supported community.

Mike Joined SCS Computing Facilities in 2016 on the Help Desk team, and has previously held a number of technical support, technical training, and media production roles, including a six-year stint as a technician and trainer at Apple, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Television-Radio-Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
