Email, Calendaring, and Collaboration

For our email, we leverage Andrew Computing Service's Google G Suite. SCS-associated people preserve a unique @cs.cmu.edu email address in addition to the Andrew email account aliases that are provided to all students, faculty and staff.

CMU Google Email Service 

CMU Google Mail is a cloud-based email, calendar, tasks and contacts provided as part of Google's "all-in-one" G Suite solution.  To configure CMU Google Mail with your email client, visit the Email Client Configuration page.

Collaboration Tools

CMU uses Cisco Jabber as the primary means of instant messaging for our community. Cisco Jabber is an application that allows you to communicate, from anywhere, from desktop and mobile devices by instant messaging, voice, voicemail, and video.
