End of Life: macOS 13 Ventura

Support Ending November 30, 2025

We're phasing out support for macOS 13 Ventura and will remove software support for computers still running it after November 30, 2025.

What's happening?

With last year's release of macOS 15  Sequoia, we anticipate that macOS 13 Ventura will no longer receive security updates after November 2025. As a result, we will end support of this version on November 30, 2025.

What do I need to do?

So we can continue providing support for your computer after November 30, 2025, please select one of the options listed below:

What does "removing support" mean?

If you do not to upgrade to a supported OS, software support will be removed automatically as of December 1, 2025. Unsupported computers limit our ability to help you:

  • Your computer will not receive security patches or functionality updates.
  • Your Mac will no longer have access to the SCS Software Store for installing software like Microsoft Office.
  • Your Mac will no longer get automatic configuration updates for SCS managed services.
  • Our engineering and help desk teams will no longer troubleshoot software and operating system issues on your Mac.

Expect macOS Sonoma support to end in late 2026

With Apple's expected release of a new macOS version next year, Sonoma will be the third oldest version and will cease to be supported next year. When this occurs, we will stop providing software support for all computers running macOS 14 Sonoma on November 30, 2026.
