Purchasing Deadline 2020

All technical procurement orders should be submitted before 12/4/2020 due to Winter Break

With the holidays approaching, we remind you that if you are planning to submit any SCS technical procurement requests, these must be submitted through our purchasing application by end of business on Friday, December 4, 2020. This is particularly important if an order needs to be placed with the vendor and you are hoping for delivery before the Winter Break.

As always, we will do our best to place orders submitted after the December 4, 2020 deadline, but cannot guarantee timely processing due to Winter Break.

Please note: SCS Computing Facilities (including business and purchasing services) will remain closed during Winter Break. You can schedule pick up of any packages delivered during the break on Monday, January 4, 2021.
