Our SCS Help Desk ticketing system, ServiceNow, is experiencing an outage and is currently unavailable. Help requests submitted to help@cs.cmu.edu or via our webform may not result in tickets being created until the system is back online.

If you need immediate assistance, please call the SCS Help Desk at 412-268-4231. We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

We will resolve this alert once the system is back online and reliably available.
